March is National Women’s Month. The fourth
grade students celebrated women by reading a biography about an influential
woman, past and present, who contributed positively to society. Once the
biography was read, the students got busy putting together a presentation to
teach their classmates all about their influential woman. We had videos, book
advertisements, puppet shows, and becoming the character. We all learned a tremendous amount about these
women’s roles in the making of history!
